Cancellation Policy
The total cost for the retreat is $1,750, and is due according to the following schedule:
- $300.00 Non-refundable deposit due upon completion of registration
- $725.00 Due a minimum of 60 days prior to the retreat date
- $725.00 Due a minimum of 30 days prior to the retreat date
If you would rather spread the charges out over a longer period of time or would prefer to pay the full balance before the required date, you can email us at info@fairandfirmretreats.com. We will gladly work out a payment schedule that works for you as long as the minimum amounts are paid by the dates noted above. If a charge is declined, a substitute form of payment will need to be provided within 5 days and an administrative fee of $25 will be added to the payment.
Mind Body Health Services, Inc. (MBH) reserves the right to change the date or cancel a retreat for unforeseen circumstances up until 60 days prior to the event, including, but not limited to, insufficient participation. In such a case, you will be given the option of cancelling your reservation and receiving a full refund or you may apply any payments made to a retreat on another date. NOTE: You may want to refrain from booking flights until at most 60 days prior to the date of your retreat.
In case you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you must confirm your desire to do so in writing and have it confirmed by MBH within 30 days of the retreat date. In this instance, all payments, less the $300 nonrefundable deposit will be refunded to you. If you are unable to attend after this 30-day deadline has passed, you can transfer your reservation to another participant (as long as MBH agrees to that person’s participation), or reserve a spot for yourself at a later retreat.
